Plant Your Dreams Workshop at Be Free Healing Center
Welcoming the energy of spring, it's the season of new beginnings and endless possibilities. Let’s gather and play with this energy. It’s the time of year to plant our seeds, knowing they will bloom in divine timing.
We’ll enjoy 2 hours together on April 21st, just in time to also celebrate Earth Day! I’ll guide you through a meditation that’ll turn into a drum journey. After that, you’ll spend time journaling to reflect on your meditation and define what seeds you want to plant. I will provide you with a terracotta pot, dirt, and plant. You’ll write a few of your dreams on paper and place them into the pot. You will lovingly add the soil and the plant to the pot, creating a home for your desires and plant to grow.
Invitation to bring your journal and any adornments you'd like to add to your potted plant, such as stones or feathers. Also if it's nice outside we’ll work on the plants outside, so dress accordingly.

As humans, we will never stop having desires and I believe we are powerful enough to manifest the desires planted in our hearts. Join me to slow down, tune in, and energetically align with your desires.
We’ll enjoy 2 hours together on April 28th.! I’ll guide you through a mediation that’ll turn into a drum journey, a time to slow down and be open to receiving guidance and ideas. After that, you’ll journal to reflect on your meditation and define what seeds you want to plant. You will physically plant your desires. I'll provide you with a terracotta pot, dirt, and a plant. You’ll write a few dreams on paper and place them into the pot. You will lovingly add the soil and the plant to the pot, creating a home for your desires and plant to grow. By planting your dreams, you give your human mind a physical thing to nurture and watch grow. Knowing that when you water and love on the plant, you are energetically nurturing and aligning with your dreams. May the plant remind you that things take time to grow and to trust the process. Remembering things will always arrive in the 3D world in divine timing!
Supplies will be provided and you'll leave with a cute plant to bring home!
